She is also trained in Gestalt therapy and offers individual therapy with women working to move out of codependent ways of living and loving. She accepts Aetna/Meritain and Anthem BCBS for individual sessions.

She is trained in EMDR and LENS neurofeedback and also leads workshops and educational communities.
