"Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it." — Brené Brown

With a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame, I bring my 20 years of executive experience in both public and private sectors to my work as a therapist.

My passion lies in helping teens (age 16+) and adults navigate through trauma, depression, relationship problems, and other mental health concerns. I have a particular interest in helping those who have experienced medical trauma or who are caring for a child or parent through a difficult diagnosis.

My primary modality of therapy is EMDR; however, I also utilize other complimentary therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Together, we will embark on a journey toward healing and resilience.
