For the two of you.
Relationship therapy to break the recurring conflict cycle and rebuild connection. Our couples therapists use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Therapy, and attachment-focused techniques to help partners rediscover each other.

For couples ready to dive in.
An intensive alternative to weekly couples therapy. One-, two-, or three-day experiences with practical tools, real-time feedback, and the time to actually feel connected before you leave.

Child Therapy
For the kid who can't find the words.
Anthony Troyer uses Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to work with children and their primary attachment figures — for behavioral challenges, ACEs, emotional dysregulation, and attachment difficulties.

Sex & Intimacy Therapy
For everything we don't talk about.
Provided by Andrea Eriks, PhD in Clinical Sexology and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. Thoughtful, structured, insight-driven work on intimacy challenges, sexual concerns, and relational disconnection.

EMDR Therapy
For trauma the talking hasn't reached.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — a trauma-informed therapy effective for PTSD, anxiety, and conditions rooted in difficult life experiences. Multiple therapists on staff hold EMDR certification.

LENS Neurofeedback
For the nervous system that won't settle.
Low Energy Neurofeedback System — sensors mirror your brainwaves back to you, reducing problematic neurological symptoms. 15–30 minute sessions, integrated with traditional talk therapy.

Therapy that works with the system, not just the symptom. Clinicians work with parents, foster parents, grandparents, and adoptive families to heal relational wounds and create healthier dynamics.

Specialized support for individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse and codependent relationship patterns. Ana Wolgemuth helps clients break harmful cycles, reclaim their boundaries, and rebuild self-trust.

For food, body, and the rest.
Kate Glick, Registered Dietitian, addresses disordered eating, intuitive eating, and the relationship between food and mental health — in coordination with the clinical therapy team.

A six-week cohort drawing on Hillary McBride's Holy Hurt framework. Dedicated support for people processing harm, confusion, or grief from religious experiences. Led by Alison Andrews.
