Book Study Group
A six-week book + therapeutic-yoga group exploring Hillary L. McBride's The Wisdom of Your Body.
A community-based, six-session group built around The Wisdom of Your Body: Finding Healing, Wholeness, and Connection through Embodied Living by Hillary L. McBride. Each meeting opens with sixty minutes of book discussion followed by thirty minutes of therapeutic yoga — held outdoors when weather permits.
Co-led by Alison Andrews, LMFT (book discussion) and Dena Woods, LMT/CYT (yoga). A consultation session is required before enrollment.
