I am passionate about helping others navigate the difficult world of anxiety, and I am trained to treat generalized anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD. I aim to provide a safe space where you can process and gain practical skills and tools to help reduce your anxiety.
I received specialized training through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, and I combine the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to effectively treat OCD.
